Our unit is second from the front so it has great views of the ocean and beach as well as Hualalai Volcano and the pool. We have two bedrooms two baths, a very large lanai (27 feet by 7 feet) with lots of chairs and tables. Our Lani is like having a second shaded living room outside.

There’s a King size bed in the Master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom or a second King- sized bed.

We are on the second floor and there is an elevator, but there are 7 steps between our level and the elevator. So we not wheelchair accessible.

#214 is in the building with the shaded lanais during most of the day. It's naturally cooler because the sun doesn’t shine into our unit all day. Our location has great breezes which makes it nice. You have great sunrises and sunsets from the lanai. We have central air conditioning for when it gets just too hot. Most of the time you don’t even need AC.

We have new beautiful granite counter tops in our Kitchen and breakfast bar. Our kitchen stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, pretty much everything you need makes it nice to cook at home.

We have a beautiful new shower in the master bedroom in the master suite. New shower fixtures are in the second bath.
We have: a 50 inch 4K-HD-TV with both cable channels and streaming possibilities in the living room. Our sound system is Bluetooth capable. The master bedroom has a 40 inch hd tv with cable tv channels. We have a glass top stove, over the stove microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 recliners and couches, washer and dryer. Our place has many amenities and is well maintained. Our private wireless network operates at around 560 mbs, Our landline phone has unlimited free long distance calling to the US and Canada and the other islands in Hawaii.

White Sands Village is one of the nicest condo complexes in Kona. White Sands Beach is right across the street and we have great views of it right from our lanai. It has a great pool and barbecue area, (the two tennis courts are not operational now but when finished there will also be pickelball courts ), hot tub, sauna and a pool table. We have free parking right under our unit for one car. Additional free parking is available in visitor parking.

The nightly rate is $249 June, through early October. Mid October through May $289. a night.

All bookings have these additional charges:
17.962‬% tax, $175 cleaning fee.

We require a $500 damage deposit. We will refund this deposit when our cleaners have checked it all out.

$1000 is required to reserve our condo. This $1000 deposit includes a damage deposit of $500 + a $500 deposit toward your stay. The balance is due 30 days prior to your stay.

Zelle is a quick, safe and free method of payment. It only takes a day or two for funds to transfer from bank to bank. You can set up a Zelle account with most all banks. Banks use your email and cell phones number to set up your Zelle account.

Once our cleaners have told us that everything is fine, we can Zelle your damage deposit back to you.

We accept personal checks.

If you want to use your credit card just contact your credit card company to use Zelle. Both MaserCard and Visa use Zelle. I can send you a Zelle bill to pay.

Our booking process

You can either email us or call us. You can tell us when you would like to stay and then hold your reservation until your payment arrives

When you email us, please include a phone number, your name and the dates you would like to stay. We keep our Calender up to date so check that first.

We like to talk to the people who are going to stay in our little home away from home.

We don't rent for less than 5 days. Our condo is set up for 4 people. Check out time is 11 am. Check in time is 4:00 pm. We may be able to offer late checkout time or early checkin if our schedule allows it.
